In 2002-2006, Navoi State Mining Institute studied in the direction of Management (in areas) at the undergraduate level. In 2006-2008 he graduated from the Moscow State Mining University with a master's degree in Economics. In 2008-2013, he began his labor career as an assistant of the Department of Economics and management of Navoi State Mining Institute, in 2009-2011 he was the leader of the youth social movement "Kamolot" under Navoi State Mining Institute, in 2013 -2019 he was a teacher of the Department "Social Sciences" of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, in 2018-2019 he was a senior lecturer of the Department "Economics and management, In 2019-2021 he worked as a teacher of the Department of regional economics and management of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
