Moyli ishqalanish jarayonini yeyilishga sinash qurilmasining ishchi qismi tahlili

Abstract

Ishqalanish d yarli har qanday m xanizm ishlaganida albatta sodir bo`ladigan jarayon. T xnikada u ikki hil - ijobiy va salbiy ahamiyatga ega. Podshipniklar, tishli uzatmalar, porsh nli tizimlarda ishqalanish sirtlarining yeyilishiga, quvvatni isrof bo`lishiga olib k ladi. Foydalanayotgan en rgiyaning 30-40% ishqalanishga sarf bo`ladi. Bu o`rinda ishqalanish zararli omil hisoblanadi. Tormozlar va ilashish muftalarida esa ishqalanish foydalidir, shu bois bu o`rinda yeyilishning ruhsat etilgan ch kli qiymatlaridan chiqib k tmagan holda uni ma'lum qiymatgacha oshirishga harakat qilinadi. Olimlarning olib borgan izlanishlari shuni ko`rsatmoqdaki mashina va m xanizmlarning ishlash qobiliyatini yo`qotish sababining 80-90 % ishqalanish hisobiga yeyilishdir. Butun y r yuzi bo`yicha bir yilda ishqalanishni kamaytirish uchun 100 mln. tonna moylovchi mat riallar ishlatiladi. Rivojlangan davlatlarda ishqalanish va yeyilish hisobiga mashinasozlik vositalarini ishdan chiqishi milliy daromadni 4-5% ga to`g`ri k ladi.
