STUDY OF SPAD VALUES (CHLOROPHYLL CONTENT) IN COTTON LEAVES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF BIOSTIMULANTS

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada g‘o‘za navlariga biostimulyatorlar ta’sir ettirib, ulardagi xlorofill miqdorini o‘rganish bo‘yicha olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari keltirilgan. Tadqiqotda g‘o‘za navlariga biostimulyatorlar ta’sir ettirib vegetatsiya davrining turli bosqichlarida o‘simlik barglaridagi SPAD qiymatlari o‘rganilgan. Xlorofill miqdori SPAD 502 Chlorophyll Fluorescence Meter dasgoxida o‘lchandi. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, biopreparatlar bilan ishlov berilgan namunalarda SPAD qiymatlari nazoratga nisbatan sezilarli darajada yuqori ko‘rsatkich namoyon etdi.
