Abstract

Abstract. The efficiency of solar energy conversion using semiconductor elements is being developed in the following areas: increasing the efficiency of photovoltaic cells through the search for new materials and methods of their processing; use of solar energy concentrators; development of solar orientation systems; creation of cogeneration plants for more efficient use of solar energy.
