Treatment of diseases of the oral mucosa, in particular chronic recurrent li p cracks (CRTG), is one of the urgent problems of modern dentistry. A high degree of recurrence after the therapy still persists, and therefore, increasing the effectiveness of treatment of patients with CRTH remains relevant. More than 6% of chronic li p cracks are at risk for the development of malignant diseases, and therefore it is very important to achieve long-term remission (Tochilovskaya R.V., 1981; Pogoda J.M., 2005; Main J.H. et al., 2004). In etiology, an important role belongs to vascular tissue and neurogenic mechanisms, various endo- and exogenous factors (Brusenina N.D.; Rybalkina E.A., 2002). It should be noted that the epithelium of the red border of the li ps is constantly in adverse weather conditions (Iordanishvili A.K., Kovalevsky A.M., 2002). There is also an influence on the occurrence of the disease of a hereditary factor, immune status; reveal the relationshi p between relapses of the disease and instability of the psycho-emotional sphere (Male D., 1993; Rajka G., 1990). To date, the relationshi p between the presence of a psychopathological disorder in a patient and periodic relapses of CRTH has not been sufficiently studied.
