Abstract

The results of studies on the processing of limestone to single phosphate fertilizers are given. It is shown that in order to reduce foaming by neutralizing of extraction phosphoric acid (EPA) with limestone, it is advisable to heat treat it at a temperature of less than 800°C for at least 60 minutes. After drying, phosphate fertilizers contain at least 98,36% digestible and at least 91,94% water-soluble form of P 2 O 5
