Abstract

Anorektal malformatsiya (ARM)- bu tug'ma nuqson bo`lib, bolalar jarrohligi amaliyotida tez-tez uchraydigan patologiyadir. Jarrohlik muolajalari anatomik anormalliklarni tuzatsada, operatsiyadan keyingi ichak funktsiyasi har doim ham qoniqarli emas. ARM etiologiyasi noaniqligicha qolmoqda. Bu sharhda embriologik xamda genetik omillarni patogenezga mosligi, nashr etilgan epidemiologik izlanishlar, odam genetik izlanishlari hamda hayvonlar modellari asosida mosligi umumlashtirilgan. Bu omillarni inobatga olinishi kelajakda ARM ni boshqarishda qo`l kelishi mumkin.
