Abstract. Exposure to petroleum hydrocarbons leads to degradation of soil properties as a result of soil contamination. Oil products that have fallen into the soil, due to their viscosity, lead to an increase in large particles by attaching small particles of soil to itself. The study was scientifically substantiated that the mechanical composition of khududi soils did not undergo changes under the influence of netf. changes ni color and density. In the southern region of Uzbekistan, contamination of soils with oil and petroleum products occurs mainly 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 5% In this case, a change ni the morphological sign of the soil was not felt when the soils of the chalk-Meadow were contaminated with petroleum products in the amount of 0.5% and 1%, in the contamination of 2% and 5%. The Color of the soil changed to black dark tulle, and the structural increase was observed. Keywords: Soil, oil field, pollution, plants, soil morphology.
