Raqamli dasturda boshqariladigan stanoklarda detallarga ishlov berish texnologiyasi.

Abstract

Mashinasozlik mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqarishining 70-80% ni tashkil qiluvchi sеriyali va kichik sеriyali ishlab chiqarishda qo`shimcha jarayonlarga vaqt sarfi juda ko`p bo`ladi. Ma’lumki, bunday ishlab chiqarish sharoitida asosiy ishlab chiqarish vaqti 20-30% ni, qo`shimcha jarayonlarga vaqt sarfi 70-80% ni tashkil qiladi. Qo`shimcha sarf bo`ladigan vaqtni qisqartirishning asosiy yo`nalishlaridan biri - ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirishdir.
