Abstract

As а result of scientific reseaгch it was established that undeг conditions of high air tempeгature and piotein deficiency in the diet in experimental animals there is а violation of metabolic piocesses in the liveI almost in all terms of the study, which is expressed in а significant decrease in the activity of dehydrogenases, respiratory enzyme and АTP-ase.
