Abstract

In recent years, the need for quality and cheap food in the world is increasing year by year. In particular, the supply of safe food products to the population is becoming a global problem facing the population of the whole world. This requires scientists to create new varieties and types of high-quality and effective species, study existing species and direct them to the food industry. Our scientific research, which we have carried out, is aimed at studying the types of fish found in Ayan Lake. A number of scientists have been conducting research on the ichthyofauna of Ayan Lake for many years. Among these are the research conducted by Romanov on the study of Siberian coot in lake conditions. But the information on this is still not complete. For this reason, scientific research on morphological, ecological and biological characteristics of sig-pijyan fish continues.
