The world is paying serious attention to the design and production of various energy and resource-efficient technologies with high performance. The production of universal tractor-trailers with an exchangeable body, which allows transportation of various loads, is one of the optimal ways to achieve high productivity. In this regard, one of the urgent issues is to carry out targeted scientific research on the development of fast and high-quality justification methods for the parameters of the trailer lifting and tipping device, as well as the development of improved mathematical models with high accuracy. The article identifies the theoretical study of the kinematic processes of the lifting mechanism of trailers hydraulic system using the closed vector method and determines the angular displacement, velocity and acceleration of the links.
