Abstract

It is weU known that the products for nutrition, especially milk and dairy products are carriers and precursors of biologically active systems taking an active part in all physiological processes in hum an body Im pairm ent of the structure and quality of nutrition, as a rule, resulted in decrease of body nonspecific resistance to effect of the negative environmental factors and infectious agents, provides development and chronicity of various diseases
