Abstract

This article explores the need to develop a clear definition of the appropriate scientific, methodological and legal terminology in the field of formation and development of civil society, the lack of a critical analysis of the existing theoretical concepts of the essence of civil society and the patterns of its development and development on this basis of conceptual and theoretical approaches to the formation of a national model development of civil society in Uzbekistan. At the same time, it is proposed to develop conceptual and theoretical approaches to determining the goals, objectives and place of civil society institutions in a democratic legal state and the principles of interaction between the state and civil society
