Abstract

The article defines the main scientific approaches to understanding the concept of international logistics, analyzes the logistics activity of an international company, shows ways to improve logistics activity, taking into account the risks of the economy in the conditions of martial law. It is noted that logistics management has grown rapidly over the past two decades and has become an integral part of almost all economic activity. Logistics plays a key role in timely delivery of materials and products, ensuring their quality and proper storage. It was estab￾lished that the challenges for the logistics industry appeared a few years before the new stage of the Russian￾Ukrainian war. Due to the pandemic, the market began to accelerate localization and transfer of supply chains closer to the country of production or sale of products. But in 2022, companies had to make decisions as quickly as possible. On the example of SE "Tegra Ukraine LTD", an analysis of the efficiency of the logistics activity of an international company was carried out, and the ways and directions of improving the management of logistics solutions were shown.
