Human resource management is a new stage in labor management in an enterprise. The end of the 20th century was marked by the transition from personnel management to human resource management. The essential differences between human resource management and personnel management are as follows: reorientation to individual work with each employee of the organization, strategic direction in management, responsibility for organizing a more active personnel policy for all levels of human resource management in the organization, increasing the share of investments in the development of human resources of the organization. In this article, the analysis of human resources management, in our example, reveals a list of ways to develop the potential of the enterprise, using human resources and methods of working with employees.
